Here's my recipe for great tasting smoothies...
All ingredients are approximate.LOL
1 cup whole milk
1/2 cup yogurt
1 tbsp dry milk powder
1 tbsp sucanat
1 1/2 cups strawberries, frozen
1 banana
*sometimes we add frozen blueberries, about 1/4 cup
Blend until smooth and enjoy! It's high in calcium, vit C, and low in sugar.

That sounds YUMMY! I'll have to add a few more ingredients to my grocery list this week. We usually make Orange Julius drinks on Sunday night, but I forgot to buy orange juice so we can't even make them tonight.

My kids would have these everyday if I made them! Even Isaac sucks his down in record time.LOL I'll have to try the OJ one sometime!
