Garlic-Shrimp Pasta
3 tbsp butter
3 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic
Heat oil and butter over med heat. Add chopped garlic and saute for a minute.
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
Add shrimp and cook til done.
3/4 lb linguine
Cook pasta til al dente, add to shrimp and toss
1/2 cup grated parmesian cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Add cheese and season to taste.
Serve with salad and bread.

Lisa, it sounds fabulously yummy and easy. :)
It was really good! Unfortunately, it gave Sophia the worst tummyache so I'll be saving this for after she gets older.lol
