The Jon Manual...

Here is the garden that Jon's been working so hard on.

Farmer Jon...

So far, he's planted tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce, and peas. We also plan on putting in corn and beans and I may add a pepper plant or two.
Blessings,
Lisa

Is that a square foot garden thing? Just wondering since it appears to have grid marks of some sort! If I ever get these flower beds under control then I might have time for a small garden. I did manage to plant another raspberry patch this year. Hopefully they will do well. I planted a patch last year and NOT A SINGLE one made it to the end of the summer last year.

Yep, he's been working on it for over a month now. We're doing the square foot thing, that's what the grid's for. He used graph paper to figure out what to plant where. Hopefully we'll get a good crop of something before the season is over.

Go Jon! That's the most organised looking garden plot I've ever seen. Very nice!

Wow! what a great garden site. I love all the grids. I can't wait to watch things grow throughout the summer. I would imagine you have a nice, long growing season there in FL.
