Granola Bars

Granola Bars

Mix together:

1.5 cups brown sugar(or sucanat)
1 cup oil

Add in:

2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp salt
2 cups oats
2 cups flour

Add ins:

1 cup chocolate chips

or

1/2 cup walnuts(or any nut)
1/2 cup coconut(or dried fruit)

or

a little of everything. :)

Grease 9x13 pan. Add mixture and press down with greased hands. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes. Cut into squares while hot. Enjoy!
